 Fellow Muhlenberg County Citizens:

Allow me introduce myself. My name is Jennifer Wright and I am your candidate for the office of Property Valuation Administrator. I grew up in Graham the daughter of a coal miner. I am a 1994 graduate of Muhlenberg North High School.

I am married to Kevin B. Wright of Auburn, Kentucky. We have three children: Bailey (age 5), Haleigh (4 months) and Hope Mazelle who has gone home to be with our Lord. We attend the Elkton Road Church located on 181 South.

I am currently employed at Logan Aluminum. I have been a dedicated employee for the last 13 years. While employed there, I worked my way through school and have received promotions throughout the facility. I have extensive training in leadership skills and I am trained and certified in Lean techniques used to cut costs and spending while enhancing workflow and productivity. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2005, but I currently have my license in escrow where they will remain if elected. I am an active member in the Greater Muhlenberg Chamber of Commerce and have served on the Ambassadors team for the last two years.

If elected I will be committed to changes that will lead Muhlenberg County in a new direction and I will make certain to serve the people’s interest and not just the interest of a select few. I ensure honesty, integrity, and fresh ideas for Muhlenberg County. I will act ethically- not just within the law- but within the spirit of the law. I will use my training to move toward government efficiency and transparency. I will run the office of the PVA under the policy that tomorrow has to be better than today.

Now is the time for a new generation of leaders to step forth. I have the desire to serve the people of Muhlenberg County citizens in my heart. Being a leader inspires me to take the next step, to reach the next level, and to make the most of my spirit of service. With good leadership, Muhlenberg County can continue to do an outstanding job of planning, working together, and making sure our service conforms to what people need and what we can deliver.

I am decisive, determined, and dedicated to serving each and every Muhlenberg County citizen fairly, equally, unbiased and without partiality.

I am asking for your help on May 18, 2010. Vote for me and give me the opportunity to serve you.

Thank you,

Jennifer Hope Wright
